Set the Default View

DialFree enables you to select its default view: Normal or Compact.  By setting the default view to compact, then whenever you start DialFree, it will display its compact-view window instead of the main window.  The compact view is convenient in allowing the user to monitor the connection performance without obstructing the contents area of the browser.

To set the default view, follow the following steps:

1. Select Preferences from the Tools menu.  This will bring the DialFree preferences dialog.
2. Select the desired default view and click OK.
